Hotel Stadion owes its popularity to easy accessibility and high quality services.
The hotel is in central Budapest, near one of the city’s busiest traffic junctions, only a short stroll away from the city’s most important sport establishments, the fairgrounds, the City Centre and Hungary’s largest shopping centre.
Hotel Stadion has long offered a full range of services to its guests, most of whom arrive for events and conferences. The hotel marks its 25th anniversary this year and will be awarded a special present for the occasion: because of its continuous quality-improvements and expanding services, it will operate as a four-star hotel from the end of the year.
In terms of rooms (379), the Stadion is Budapest’s 6th largest hotel but its conference room and event room capacities make it unique in the category. Through modernisation and refurbishment, the hotel’s already excellent features have been further improved and guarantee perfect comfort to guests. All rooms have been equipped with modern magnet locks and safes.
Comprehensive refurbishment has been carried out in the event and conference facilities and the dedicated restaurant. The spacious Olympia Restaurant has been completely revamped. Movable walls have been installed so that 4 section rooms can be divided off and the hotel will have an event room with a capacity for 250 people. A new restaurant with modern and pleasant furnishings has been completed next to the Olympia I-IV event rooms. Because of the movable walls, the rooms and the restaurant can be adjoined for balls and gala dinners. As part of the modernisation project, all event rooms have been equipped with state-of-the-art audio equipment, lighting and conference technology. As a result, a total of ten rooms supplied with natural lighting are available for training sessions, conferences and other events for maximum 300 participants. Gala dinners and balls can be organised with a maximum capacity of 420 people. The hotel’s room capacities mean that it can host up to 7 events simultaneously.
The hotel’s main entrance and car park are being revamped to make them even easier to access and navigate.
A new Business Centre and a large luggage storage area will be built in the hotel’s lobby.
The hotel’s wellness and fitness centre, (one of the very first of the Danubius Premier centres) guarantees perfect relaxation after conferences and other events.
