Our skin changes slowly at first, then the change accelerates and one day we realise that it has lost its former elasticity. Tiny wrinkles start appearing around the eyes and these must be kept under control. But it is best to be careful because excessive use of firming eye creams can make the skin lazy and decreased suet production will have its negative effects later on. The secret weapon is the sauna! The regular and careful use of the sauna will exercise the skin, just like weights can exercise the muscles. Do not be afraid of cold water after sweating and your skin will once again shine with life.

Relaxation above all after forty

Once we reach forty, our skin becomes more mature. Everything will leave its mark on the face, whether it is sleepless nights, sunbathing, or a lengthy period of stress. This is when we must pay more and more attention to the skin. Those who have never used night creams before should start using them. It will be more difficult than before to get rid of extra weight on the body. More and more hair is grey and wrinkles become deeper. However, with a little attention, it is possible to maintain a brilliant look. Plenty of relaxation, restful sleep and regular exercise will make us all look many years younger than our age.

Fifty: the age of change

Perhaps there is no other process that has a stronger influence on the functioning of the body than climax. Veins start to dilate, pigmented spots may appear on the skin and there is a danger of osteoporosis. As a result of hormonal change, some strong hair may grow on the chin and under the nose. The skin becomes increasingly dry and wrinkly. What is most important in this situation is not to neglect our bodies. It is advisable to keep the hormone level, blood sugar and blood pressure under control and go to regular check-ups. Regular exercise and a well-balanced diet are the necessary requirements of good appearance in this age. Exercise and sports are useful not only to keep the body in shape, but also to prevent the depression that can accompany our lives at this age. Exercise frees endorphins in the body, which create a feeling of happiness. Winter is the time to fight against pigmented spots, to make them look lighter with the help of fruit-acid treatments or peeling. During the summer, it is best to keep them away from the sun.

Staying feminine above sixty

The most important advice is to accept our age. It is sad to see a woman over sixty who still wants to look thirty. It is not worth forcing things that have never been done earlier on. However, this does not mean that we should give up treatments. We should continue going to the cosmetician and use the right skin care products for our skin every day. But our most reliable too is cheerfulness. It is too late to worry about wrinkles caused by smiling. A cheerful and well-balanced woman can be more attractive at sixty than a woman who is bitter and depressed at thirty.
