The Danubius Quality Conference (DQC) service includes a menu
offer: a Danubius Business Lunch and a Danubius Coffee Break. The
Danubius Business Lunch is a light meal perfectly suited for conference
guests, dishes that are both delicious and healthy. Four cold starters
and five salads are available from the tastefully presented buffet
table, with at least two salads mixed in advance, while the remaining
salads can be mounted by the guests themselves, using three types
of dressings. There is a choice of two soups, a good preparation
for the main courses, of which five are available. All main courses
are easy-to-digest, and are prepared from the chef's own ideas
and new recipes. Fish and game dishes are always included, with
three garnitures to choose from. At least one of these side orders
is made from vegetables, to cater for vegetarian guests. Four desserts,
various different cheeses and fruits round out the abundant choice
the buffet table offers. Fruits are displayed in a most enjoyable
arrangement, so that the eye too is delighted. DQC's other service
is the Danubius Coffee Break. Guests partake of unlimited amounts
of soft drinks, coffee, tea, mineral waters, and a more recent
addition is a selection of crudités.
